My Tin Ornaments are handmade in Mexico
by the workshop of Maestro Angel Sanchez. In August of 2008 on an exploratory trip to Mexico I was introduced to Angel and
his assistants in the studio. I watched a demonstration of how the ornaments are created and personally picked traditional
designs to bring to you. Angel and his brother have continued the tradition of tin ornaments from their father and grandfather.
Mexico gives great honor to artists and artisans, giving them the title of "Maestro" to acknowledge their
importance to the culture of the country.
